CometChat enables developers and businesses to seamlessly add voice, video, and text chat experiences to their mobile apps and / or websites to power user-to-user communication.

Over the years, it has grown into a 50 employee strong CPaaS (communication-platform-as-a-

service) startup with offices in Mumbai and Colorado, US. With over 50,000 customers - from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses - worldwide.

What you will be doing :

Build, own & manage our website and our social media channels

Work with our content team to publish high traffic articles, tutorials and product-marketing material

Ensure that our customers have an amazing journey, from visiting our website to signing up on our platform

Run a targeted search engine marketing program

Manage our in-app & email messaging for the entire customer lifecycle

Help increase our audience and engage with existing via newsletters and other channels

Report to the founder

Work closely with Sales and Product departments

What we are looking for :

  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company (or equivalent experience)
  • Can deliver consistent messaging through different digital touch points
  • Exceptionally well writing skills (including go-to-market materials)
  • Someone who thrives in an environment where market and customer feedback is essential
  • Is willing to get their hands dirty and jump in to help when needed
  • Who can build & manage a team and external resources
  • 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Lead, Product Brand Manager or a similar role in a SaaS product business
  • Experience with common marketing tools (the specific tools are not important, but the experience of using proper-tools-for-the-job is)
