An ideal candidate should have a full-time diploma in multimedia, graphic design or web design from a reputed institute.
Candidate should be able to visualize and create stunning layouts, rich graphics and animations.
Ability to understand and analyze requirement.
Should be able to create rich and user centric graphics .
Should be able to manage small team.
Should have independently developed motion graphics video using Flash, After Effects and GoAnimate / Vyond.
Candidate should have independently developed eLearning courses using one of the tool such as Storyline , Lectora or Captivate.
Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
Qualification :
Full time diploma in multimedia , graphic design or web design from a reputed institute.
Degree / diploma in fine arts / applied arts will be an added advantage.
Software Knowledge :
Candidate should be proficient in MS PowerPoint , Adobe Photoshop, Flash, After Effects and Audition.
Candidate should able to understand HTML and CSS , working knowledge will be an added advantage.
Experience
6 - 10 years, out of which at least 5 years of eLearning experience is necessary.
