We are seeking an innovative, forward thinking Delivery and Support Manager to advance and implement key strategies in support of our vision.

This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground level and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Global Services India (KGSI) over the next several years.
Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant global exposure to the employees.
The Delivery and Support Manager will bring passion for driving continuous improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness for the expansion of the organization in Bangalore, India.

Own customer and vendor relationship to identify and execute on new opportunities; effectively handle and resolve customer escalations in a timely manner.
What You Will Need To Bring With You :
experience & education required)
8+ years of overall IT experience.
3+ years of experience in leading and managing a software engineering team.
2+ years of experience leveraging AGILE practices.
Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
Strong people and stakeholder management experience.
Strong desire to own the development and career path direction of team.
