We are seeking an experienced candidate to fill the Senior Knowledge Analyst role within the SIPA, based out of the New Delhi office.

The role will provide broader support across topics of TSI / Sustainability, Health and Education across APAC.


Work with case (and proposal) teams

  • Deliver original analysis and insights to case teams, provide thought partnership
  • Provide synthesis and packaging of results (e.g., Excel data analysis, client-ready PowerPoint slides)
  • Provide customized knowledge for client work, prepare accurate, well developed documents and charts
  • Execute and coordinate complex requests In APAC region (incl. internal & external expert interviews)
  • Assist case teams in navigating the Knowledge network by connecting them with materials and people
  • Work with topic / sector teams

  • Support development of the Social Impact Practice in India
  • Provide analytical services (e.g., benchmarking, primary market sizing, usage of practice proprietary tools)
  • Collect, synthesize and analyze case team learnings & inputs into BCG knowledge repository (in form of vignettes, credentials, etc.)
  • Build & update new topic / sector-related knowledge products
  • Collaborate on intellectual capital development such as Tier 1s
  • Contribute to content development around topic / sector for PSPA meetings & trainings like authoring training materials
  • Promote innovation at BCG by recognizing new concepts and facilitating their capture (e.g., facilitating documentation for KM of new framework developed by case team as part of client work)
  • Support the local office in their initiatives (e.g, provides training in content and proprietary tools)

    4-6 years of relevant industry experience (consulting / business research) in Education, Public Health, Sustainability

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in the related field with demonstrated high academic achievement
  • Effective written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic & service-mentality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively across all levels
  • Autonomous, tolerance to ambiguity, self-motivator
  • Ability to maintain discretion when needed
