Specialist, Operations, Account Services, Corporate Banking - ( WD16415 ) Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation.

In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Purpose Priority Sector Lending Operations responsible for specific loan products Co lending, BC Lending, Direct Assignment deals.

Key Accountabilities Managing and co ordinating with the NBFC partner on the co-lending & Direct assignment deals. Loan Disbursal & Loan Servicing (Interest reset, Rollover, Restructuring, Advices, Rate Uploads) Regulatory reporting & adherence to guidelines issued by RBI & other Monetory authorites Manage process risks & Management awareness of incidents Ensure systems are geared as per business requirements.

Ensures High level of employee engagement UAT for product enhancement & development in Finacle system. At least 6-8 years experience in banking of which 1 to 2 years should be in Managerial position Job Duties & responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate delivery of Loan booking and disbursements / Loan accounting and servicing Liasoning with Credit teams / Branches / Risk Team / Recon Team / RMs etc for Smooth operations.

Own the Customer Transaction end to end Open to work and perform in dynamic environment and under pressure situations, wherein individual skill combines with team's performance to determine the success of the unit.

Understanding & highlighting the risks in the process, and work on process improvements Handling various internal & external audits independently, and keeping the unit audit-ready at all points of time.

Ensure that the Team and Self KPIs and KRIs are managed and maintained as per the units expected standards. Ensuring the transactions are done as per the processes and policies of the bank on Trade Operations Capable of managing project level deliverables and targets Ensuring the GLAO and other reconciliations are performed in timely manner Required Experience .

Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills. . 6-8 years of Work Experience in handling the Loan operations (retail and corporate) and Customer onboarding KYC .

  • Should have handled Projects related to some kind of system implementation / migration. . Should have strong analytical & interpersonal skills .
  • Ability to Manage team . Handling all types of customer complaints, enquiries Queries. Interacting with beneficiary / beneficiary bank / issuing bank regarding any clarification with respect to loan / securitization transactions.

  • Excellent Client / Customer management skills, business orientation. . Be capable of ensuring smooth transition without impacting customer deliverables, to manage processes and metrics on a day to day basis Should possess some experience in handling PSL related products viz.
  • Co lending, Direct assignment. Should possess good MS excel capabilities and have a proven track record in working with such projects.

    E Education / Preferred Qualifications G Graduate / Post-Graduate with relevant work experience in working in the Loan Ops Unit.
