JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Mapping GT Outlets, Designing Routes, Opening New Outlets
Evaluating between ready-stock & order-taking models
Managing relationships with key retail outlets
Managing a team of Sales Officers in General Trade
Develop a Go To Market Strategy for new product range.
Sound knowledge & background of general Trade & Modern Trade.
Team handling skills
Required to handle sales officers, distributors, CFA, Key accounts & Sales forecasting.
Required to handle BTL activities for brand building, promotion planning & execution.
Identify & Appoint new distributors.
Will be responsible for Primary & secondary sales
Ensure brand visibility & stock availability with the distributor.
Ensure FIFO is followed, manages inventory
Should be good at negotiations
Required to motivate the team, train the team on ground
Should track outlet sales & share the report.
New conversions, opening new accounts, coverage & distribution expansion.
ELIGIBILITY / QUALIFICATION :
1. MBA only preferred.
2. Honest, responsible, and have a good team spirit.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
4. Good market development and customer service experience.
5. Highly driven and results focused.
6. Full of energy and able to deal with rejection.
7. Ability to work under pressure.
8. Good ability to use Smart Phone.
9. Fair knowledge on Microsoft Office Excels, Word.
