Job Description :
Ensure high level of motivation amongst the team members and should ensure that at least 80% of the team members should earn incentives on monthly basis.
Should be able to set and allocate weekly and monthly targets for the team members and ensure healthy competition between the teams so that his region outperforms.
Should be able to handle team issues and resolve them at the earliest. Ensure hiring gaps are minimized and attrition is under control.
Maintaining channel relationship management, new channels are hired by the team and Ensuring high Channel activation ratio.
Sales targets are meet on monthly basis with minimum skewness towards month ends. Maintain healthy co-ordination with other departments like credit, collections, HR & operations so that his team can function smoothly.
Should be problem solver. Should ensure closures are maintained and well within targets and ensure healthy customer relationships are maintained.
Should be able to project monthly volumes and balance sheet nos and should be able to achieve 90% of projected nos.
