  • Team Member - Finance Operations Overview Will be accountable for all service delivery parameters and ensure tasks are completed in line with target performance metrics required by client Key responsibilities Anticipate clients requirements and deliver accordingly Responsible for acquiring process knowledge so as to be able to handle queries raised by clients To contribute towards process improvement initiatives within the organisation Ensure accurate and timely resolution of queries / issues Strong organisational skills;
  • the ability to perform multiple tasks; the ability to communicate clearly and effectively; and the ability to communicate with the clients Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and general ledger for AXA Tech Singapore Preparation of weekly and monthly reports Handling month-end and year-end activities Key skills Graduate or MBA with 3 to 4 years experience in AP, AR, GL process Demonstrate a good ability to understand systems and structures underpinning accounting Demonstrate an ability to communicate at all levels Good logical, analytical and problem solving abilities Ability to multi-task and prioritize work Knowledge of PeopleSoft ERP Knowledge of excel
