The role of Mentoria's B2C Team Lead will involve you leading and building one of Mentoria's key revenue streams.

Leading a team that takes care of the business to consumer function - where your team will be speaking to parents and students to help them understand the value of The Mentoria Solution and invest in it

Roles and Responsibility

  • Handle and train a team of 4-5 Business Development Associates.
  • Handle customer queries and explain - The Mentoria Solution to them
  • Empathise with the client, understand the immense pressure and confusion they go through while choosing a career.
  • Advise students / parents in selecting a career that will keep the students happy, productive and successful through structured Mentor calls.
  • Handle queries to generate Sales Revenue
  • Learn / Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve sales target.
  • What do you need to apply for this role?

  • 2+ years of experience of B2C selling experience
  • Experience in leading a team of 4-5 people
  • Ability to communicate like a rockstar
