The Reporting and BI Services team are a global team supporting WFO and Sales with key data sets required for actionable insights to support the business

The Financial Analyst provides critical insight into business performance to the leadership team through reporting and analytics with a focus on bookings.

He / she will partner closely with Finance Business Partners and the senior leadership team to provide key metrics and reporting.


  • Report the key financial metrics to measure business performance supported by review and analytical insights.
  • Provide visibility into drivers in performance, highlighting the areas requiring action & opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the forecast process, providing key data to the leadership team & consolidation for submission to Corporate.
  • Develop, improve and deliver forecast models to improve predictive analytics and forecast accuracy.
  • Deliver high impact executive level Finance presentations & perform ad hoc analysis for FP&A team and executive leadership.
  • Support the business planning process, providing key data and consolidation of bookings plan.
  • Drive automation of standardized reporting and develop dashboard of key metrics.
  • Support quarterly reporting close.
  • Establish and refine procedures, systems and documentation currently in place to ensure global consistency
  • Working cross functionally and cross regionally
  • Other ad-hoc projects as required
  • Qualifications

  • Part-qualified / studying for a recognized accounting qualification with proven post-qualified experience in a Financial Analyst role.
  • Strong reporting experience, highly proficient with business tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx, PowerBi are preferred).
  • Excellent communication and people engagement skills.
  • Understands key business drivers with track record of providing insights to senior business leaders.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables and respond well to working under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail, integrity and trust.
  • High degree of initiative and the ability to drive actionable recommendations for complex / abstract ideas.
  • Knowledge of the IT Software Industry preferred.
  • Self-starter with the drive to push the business forward.
