About BlissClub

BlissClub is India’s first women’s activewear brand. It is a direct-to-consumer brand in the active lifestyle space, founded in 2020 by ISB alumna Minu Margeret.

BlissClub has raised a Seed round of $2.25Mn by Elevation Capital and angel investors Neeraj Arora (ex CBO, WhatsApp), Kunal Shah (Founder, CRED), Rahul Mehta (Managing Partner, DST), Pam Lee (Ex-Lululemon Executive), Ashish Goel (Founder, Urban Ladder), Chakradhar Gade (Founder, Country Delight) & Good Capital.

India is the world’s fastest growing activewear market with the women’s segment contributing to a majority of the growth.

Globally Lululemon is a $45 billion company, built on targeting the active lifestyle space of women. BlissClub aims to capture that white space in India.

Responsibilities

  • Execute & optimize digital advertising campaign on Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  • Media planning campaigns to help campaigns attain key business objectives
  • Work with the brand team & share critical data based insights that help them plan & create better creatives, both video & static.
  • Ensure adaptation of latest digital practises & tools to drive higher efficiencies across media campaigns
  • Plan campaign flighting, creative distribution & creative phasing for campaigns
  • Must haves -

  • 1-2 year of digital marketing experience with various tools - Adwords, FB Ads, Google Analytics
  • Passionate about learning new avenues of digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good to haves -

  • Knack for dashboard creation
  • Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 college
  • Experience in ecommerce
