Responsibilities

  • Ability to partner with engineering teams to understand their needs
  • Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs
  • Ability to identify the best mix of resources to source top talent using social media, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources
  • Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle including sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication and negotiations.
  • Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
  • Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven 2 to 4 years of work experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Very good understanding of the business deliverable of the resources with in very less time
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
  • High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and drive
  • Ability to work in a highly functioning team environment
