EY is looking for Senior Consultant / AssistantManager- People Advisory Services with primary competency in Leadership andTalent.
Your key responsibilities
Contribute to Global Leadership and Talentprojects by effective design and delivery. Support leadership in developing / growing the Leadership & Talent practice
Ensure quality of all work products, timelinessand accuracy of content. Be recognized as a subject matter expert in areas suchas Leadership, Talent development and management, Organization Culture, TotalRewards, D&I.
Ensure effective client communication, cadenceand build relations with client and project team counterparts across globallocations and establish self as the key point of contact.
Support GDS BusinessDevelopment by identifying opportunities with counterparts under Leadership andTalent consulting practice.
Practice development : Support development of pointof view, thought leadership, collateral, L&T tools & accelerators (Leadershipassessment, Organization Culture, Employee experience and enablement),methodologies to enhance L&T practice and support EY initiatives within thepractice
Knowledge / significant exposure in below areas
Have in-depth knowledge onconcepts across Leadership & Talent practice including Leadership, TalentStrategy / management, Organization Culture, Total Rewards, D&I and Talent Acquisition.
Capable of creatingimplementable frameworks and benchmarks related to Leadership and Talent.
Talent management hands onexperience with various assessment tools and techniques (Hogan, MBTI, MSF,others)
Extensive working knowledge ofLeadership assessment & development Leadership Development / transitionprograms, Board evaluation etc.
Competency framework design-Competency assessment and development, Competency mapping and profiling
Organization Culture- Strongawareness and experience in Culture related offerings- Culture assessment withdiagnostic tools (Barrett, OCAI, Hofstede, etc), Culture change and activation,D&I activation etc.
Working knowledge and / orexperience in Employee experience- Survey design & administration,Analysis, reporting and action planning.
hands on using survey tools is anadded advantage)
Talent Acquisition- Experiencewith Organization Structure and role definitions, working on Talent Acquisitionstrategies, vendor management etc.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Post graduate degree or equivalent with aspecialization in Human Resources (India or abroad)
Preferred work experience / exposure 3-10 yearsof experience in HR consulting domain with Master’s degree in HR or full timeMBA and work experience / exposure to HR transformation programs as part of aglobal distributed team.
Recommended to have worked in a consultingenvironment on global client projects in areas of Leadership and Talent such asLeadership, Talent development and management, Organization Culture, TotalRewards, D&I and Talent Acquisition.
Consulting experience is preferred.
