Air Planning Manager.2)On a daily basis review all the house numbers assigned by operations and make sure that they are according to the published Programming grids.
A few days before the promo goes on air, make sure the materials are delivered and ready to air as scheduled.3)On a daily basis update the inventory of generics and interstitials making sure with the producers about their communication and time of exposure.
After polishing the inventory, it should be communicated to the Log Coordinators for their use on the schedule.4)On a monthly basis send Master Control the generic, ID’s and interstitial promos for emergencies.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities : Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.Have a passion for the TV industry and watch a lot of television.
Knowledge of research concepts is preferred.Have good communication skills and organization skills.Be able to work under pressure and adapt to last minute changes.
