Core Duties and Responsibilities :
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties
Experience in manual testing of Client Server and Web applications
Exposure of testing methodologies, defect management system and database knowledge is must
Good Exposure in Writing SQL Queries & Joins is added advantage
Experience in preparing test scenarios, test cases and test data from the requirements / specifications
Testing experience with different types of testing like smoke, functional, regression etc
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Should have experience in Agile Life Cycle and / or Kanban boards
Experience in using Visual Studio / Microsoft Test Manager is an added advantage
Exposure to Automation tools and Agile testing process is an added advantage
Knowledge / Experience in any programming language is desirable (C#, Java etc.)

The successful candidate should demonstrate the following behaviour
BE / ME / MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science with excellent track record.
Should be a team player with good interpersonal skills and a drive to take responsibility for the tasks assigned.

Should possess good functional understanding of the assigned project.
Highly flexible, including willingness to work away from home base.
Should communicate effectively in a non-confrontational manner.

Monitor and updates bug reports as needed including bug report closure.
Should manage the defect database under the guidance of senior testers.
Candidates with testing certifications will be an added advantage.
Normal working hours would be Indian business hours however should be willing to work in UK working hours based on project requirement and be available for support out of Indian business hours on week days and weekends.
