Work Schedule : 9hrs shift

Responsibilities : 1. Job Posting.

1. Job Posting.

2. Candidate sourcing through job portals &; social media.

3. Telephonic Interview.

4. Shortlisting CVS &; sharing with client.

5. Negotiation and coordinating with the recruitment process.

Requirements

Qualification- any graduate

Very good English communication skill ( spoken &; written).

Experience : At least 6 months experience of recruitment.

Benefits

CTC : For Freshers 8 to 10k per month &; for Experienced up to 18.5k CTC ( max up to 15 or 16k in hand)-depending up on candidature

2nd &; 4th Saturdays &; all Sunday fixed off.
