Job Scope includes :
Buildingthe Continual Improvement DNA through Lean Six Sigma - Develop aproblem-solving culture where problems are made visible and fixed at the rootcause.
Support development of Sourcing & Logistics strategies to delivermeasurable financial / value add benefits. Work closely with the Internal andExternal Stakeholders to develop Value Creation, Customer / Client Satisfaction andprocess optimization solutions.
Job Description :
Developmentof Lean Six Sigma capability within the organization
Mentorand coach to successful completion of the Lean and Six Sigma projects
Assureidentification of improvement opportunities and receive projects as per SectionLeads with in each section and create Project Charters
AnalyzeKPI metrics and help develop improvement strategies
Leadquality control, review, work closely with BRRP and Service Center quality teamif required S&L Quality team as well
Assurethat, all project deliverables fully support the business objective and allwork is completed in a manner that meets the time, quality and cost (if any)requirements of the project.
Supportsand leverages process for sharing best practice
Workwith appropriate Leadership team in and outside Service Center to provide andsecure subject matter expertise for key steps in the process
Drivefact base creation and problem solving approach to develop strategy oroptimization recommendation
PerformRCA’s for the complains / Escalations and establish sustainable actions plans
Mandatory : Skill Sets / Experience :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5+ Yrs. of overall experience out of which minimum of 2-3 years in driving / leading Process Excellence.
Well versed Lean & Six Sigma Principles & Tools and should be at least Green Belt Certified
Should have led & mentored green belt or lean projects
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
Strong leadership skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience in Sourcing & Procurement Domain
Well versed with Minitab and MS Office
Desired to have :
Black Belt certification
Experience in Procurement System (SAP Exp.)
Good Multitasking, prioritization, time management skills
Ability to work independently in complex, challenging, stressful environment
