This role offers high visibility, requires frequent communication with senior leadership in order to define and deliver on the product roadmap, and requires you to nimbly switch between strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve technical, business, and customer experience goals.

You'll be given opportunities to own and drive multiple initiatives delivering customer facing features, distributed systems of internet scale and data innovations to cross-team collaborations.

  • Who should apply?

  • Overall 8-10 years of industry experience, 2+ years of strong experience managing software projects right from inception to launch seeing the full lifecycle with a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of right operational metrics (availability, latency, scale, etc.) to build for validating the effectiveness of the product addressing customer needs.
  • Experience working with tools to manage schedule, cost and risks of ongoing projects and provide reports to management.
  • Excellent people management skills, demonstrated ability to hire, grow and retain top talent. Build and foster a growth mindset culture in the team.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to lead by example and results-driven.
  • Ability to think and see the big picture while focused on short term goals and deliverables.
