  • Understand the processes nuances of respective teams & guide the team members on technical inputs
  • Participate in regular calls with the onshore client SMEs & develop a working relationship with them
  • Work on cross training & backup planning of individuals
  • Generate insights that enables better risk management based on knowledge of client data
  • Managing the work flow and work distribution
  • Submission review - Checking for completeness of data submitted by underwriters and following-up with underwriters (as required)
  • Data scrubbing - Converting client provided data (excel format) to model importable format
  • Update bound accounts in RMS to create monthly portfolio
  • Apply terms & conditions, treaty information etc. as per binder
  • Import and validate portfolio exposure data in RMS
  • Validating and uploading exposure summary and analysis results in Risk Link
  • EDM reconciliation to identify the reason of variations in the exposure results as compared to previous portfolio
  • Create / modify / run SQL scripts to perform day to day process steps
  • Create monthly exposure & VaR portfolio reports to be shared with seniors leadership
  • Generate insights that enables better risk management based on knowledge of client data
  • Deploy six sigma, automation & other tools to continuously improve service level & process efficiencies
  • Communicate & collaborate on a daily basis with the client in analyzing the results during monthly cycle for portfolio roll-up
  • Work as single point of contact for the client for any ad-hoc requests
  • Build strong domain in the team & create pool of technical experts
  • Qualifications Minimum Qualifications :

  • Graduate in quantitative sciences
  • Experience in Data Analytics in the either of the domains of Actuarial / Cat Modeling / Underwriting / Claims
  • Knowledge of P&C Insurance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & SQL
  • Ability to deliver time bound tasks
  • Ability to manage the work pressure
  • Work as a great teammate & highly motivated with excellent problem solving skills
  • Good Communication skills
