ROLE OBJECTIVE

To manage the entire time office activities of workmen

To manage all canteen activities

To upkeep the factory premises at attend to its maintenance activities pertaining to common areas / buildings.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

Time Office of Permanent workmen.

Contractors Bill Checking and Management

Canteen Management

To ensure cleanliness of the factory premises including all the shop floors and the individual workstations.

To ensure upkeep of all the Gardens, Lawns etc.

To maintain all common pathways, drainages inside the factory premises.

To ensure timely procurement of Uniform, Shoes, etc to workmen.

To monitor the foodstuffs used in the canteen and also its cleanliness.
