Job Responsibilities
Candidate will work within a team setting to create new and maintain existing SAP VC (Variant Configurator) product models
Responsible for reporting status, addressing issues & applying fixes
Work with US-based team to maintain existing product models
Independently address modeling issues and report root causes / corrective actions
As part of a continuous improvement program, the candidate will participate in and contribute to weekly discussions on current best known methods, issues, topics of general interest to the modeling team
Minimum Qualifications
Min 4 - 8 years of relevant experience with Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Industrial or equivalent
Experience in Development and implementation process of company’s products and services using SAP VC (Variant Configurator), capable of driving team results by identifying and eliminating barriers and roadblocks, driving in CIPs.
SAP Variant Configurator knowledge
Program Non-Standard Request (NSR) as options in product models
Understanding of basic product architecture
Ability to think independently and resolve problems with good troubleshooting skills
Strong analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in MS VISIO, SAP configurator
Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Presentation and SharePoint.
