Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Voice
In this role, you will be responsible for pre-sales analytics services and data strategy articulation role for BFS business.
You will function as a SPOC for sales pursuit and liaise with service lines and delivery to ensure proper solution design, cost and fitment to the portfolio as well as to the sales strategy.

You will work with sales to develop a winning strategy, develop it with the service line, then present for internal approval and customer acceptance.
Your role will function as an overlay of existing technical and domain experts and bring value through disciplined sales pursuit and solution management skills.
You will be expected to be focused on BFS industry’s realities and pain points and know how to solve these using analytics and technology.
The Underwriter is required to action and provides decisions on Home Loans applications submitted by end customers
Validate and verify accuracy of documentation for employment, income, assets, title, appraisal, compliance and credit
Clearly and accurately condition loan files
Ensure all originated loans meet the set banking standards and are in compliance with the policies
Complete all compliance courses required by Genpact and by Client
Complete designated loan files within specified SLA
Experience in Banking domain would be an advantage
Ability to listen well and comprehend written English
Good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution
Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility
Ability to balance varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis
Must demonstrate and cultivate customer focus, partnership, accountability, initiative and innovation.
Must demonstrate a high level personal integrity and investigation / negotiation skills
Good knowledge of using MS Outlook, MS Excel
Proficient in English language- both written and oral
