Primary Responsibilities Include :
Product code analysis to isolate software bugs and Debugging system logs to get to root cause of the issue
Collaboration with Technical Support engineers and Product Management teams for timely resolution of the issue to customer satisfaction
Write / Develop codes for customization and enhancement of the product / features
Contribution to Knowledge Base Enhancement
Lead transition of customers from Installation to Production phase
Required Skills / Experience
5-10 Years development experience with APEX / Visual Force, Java and .net technologies
Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred
Willingness to 'roll up one's sleeves' and assist wherever needed
Team player who will innovate to continue improving the way Apttus serves its customer
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science
Salesforce or Apttus / Conga certification will be added advantage.
