Toassist the department in efficiently creating and launching training content. Manage the entire LearningContinuum across various departments.
Createand manage the learning continuum for Advisors, Sales Managers, Branch Managersand other senior levels in field as required as per the evolving needs in theirrespective roles.
Creationof content in the form of presentations, workbooks and any other content as maybe required from time to time.
Liaison with other departments for signoff andtimely release of content to the on-field trainers.
Creationand approval of other content that may be required from time to time. Tomaintain the content repository and to update content as and when required.
CreatingDesign Documents and Concept Notes to create a blueprint for content to becreated.
Managethe content for all mandated and ad-hoc programs on a regular basis.
Graduate / Post graduate desirable with 10 to 15 year of work experience with at least6-7 years in Content and Training delivery from Insurance industry preferred.
Min4-5 years in Insurance domain where the candidate has created and deliveredprograms for ranks equivalent to Branch Managers.
Certificationsand experience in instructional design, content management, behavioral trainingis desirable
Projectmanagement experience involving cross functional groups.
Exposureacross different styles of training methodology and varied platforms of contentdelivery (like classroom, e-learning, simulations, workshops) will be a plus.
Exposurein developing content : tutorials, videobased, eLearning modules and presentations for all channels
