  • Responsible for achieving the allocated targets pertaining to CA for the assigned geography.
  • Acquiring new customers and getting larger share of their wallet.
  • Initiates identification and development of new business segments to generate business opportunities through the assigned team.
  • Ensures adherence to daily activity goals assigned by the program for the work.
  • Proactively guides and advises members regarding the ever-changing trends in financial markets.
  • Works in close co-ordination with the EC zonal head and RH - BB in delivering superior client service and building long-term relationships.
  • Ensures effective client retention by utilizing all available support services.
