Description Email / Chat Support Executives should respond to customer enquiries on behalf of the company. It is their responsibility to provide quality instructions or responses to be able to resolve the customers issue.

Responsibilities Includes but not limited to Answer emails / chats received from the subscribers across the globe and resolved their queries and complaints daily Ensure that all the email / Chat communication activities are performed in accordance with the company policies Will be required to Multi-task and handle 2-3 chats simultaneously Required Skills Excellent Communication (Written) Should be flexible with shifts (6 days working.

Rotational shifts Morning, Afternoon and Night) Emails and Chat customer support experience is preferred Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines Self-Motivated, Detail-oriented and organised Typing Proficiency 40-50 wpm Chennai Full time Non IT Apply for this job
