Roles andResponsibilities :
Responsible for driving the continuousimprovement initiatives / projects and implementing QMS for theassigned engagements. Thisincludes
Is responsible for creating a continuousimprovement culture across the global BPO by fostering thesix-sigmamethodology.
Ensures the Continuous Improvementapproach across Engagements andCenters
Is responsible for mentoring Lean SixSigma Black Belt, Green Belt and Yellow Belt projects asrequired.
Is responsible for ensuring 100% staffis trained on Lean Six Sigma YellowBelt.
Supports process alignment based onGPM
Reports monthly Delivery Excellenceprogress against targets to the Engagement Stakeholders throughBalanceScorecard
Fosters the global sharing ofinnovation, new methodologies and bestpractices.
Supports QMS implementation asrequired
MinimumBlack Belt Certification from the reputed institution
Must haveF&A domain / Projectsexperience.
Demonstratedpractical experience in quality management systems in an ISOcertified organization.
Ability to communicateeffectively in visual, oral and writtenform.
Motivation to up-skill in Qualityconcepts, principles, practices andtechniques.
Preferred with BPO experience of7-10 years in quality profession
Establish andmaintain professional credibility.
Demonstratedpeople leadership and managementexpertise.
Demonstrated success in delivery ofchange management.
Demonstrated understanding ofbusiness process outsourcing.
Literate in theuse of Microsoft Office businessprograms.
