Responsibilities :

  • Manage all internal and external HR related matters.
  • Maintain processes for hiring, joining, salaries and other HR-related works.
  • Participate in developing organisational guidelines and procedures.
  • Implement and administer employee policies.
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience in the company.
  • Involve in proactive recruitment activities.
  • Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
  • Handling all job portals and ensuring a consistent inflow of candidates for roles across all domains (basic understanding of all aspects of business, which would enable you to conduct the first round interviews)
  • Train and provide support to the HR team member.
  • Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of experience in the field of an HR Generalist role.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
