About the Opportunity

is looking to add a Senior Executive - Learning in the Employee Resources team.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Administer and maintain DMI's e-Learning platforms and Career & Professional Development programs. E-Learning platforms to include Udemy and SkillSoft.
E-learning platform support includes : customer service support for our employees, troubleshooting our learning portal, set up and deactivation of user accounts, running monthly compliance reports
Market and educate others on our internal learning opportunities through our Career & Professional Development Reimbursement program.
Support includes first level of review and processing for incoming requests
Assist with developing learning plans as needed for individuals and team trainings
Other duties as assigned
Manage and maintain our electronic employee files. Follow up with employees and payroll team to ensure documentation is complete.

Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent with 3-4 years of experience; or bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources) to be replaced with Graduate in any discipline, Master or PG with specialization in Human Resources
Minimum 4-5 years of administrative experience in human resources preferred
Previous experience with SkillSoft, Udemy, ADP Workforce Now, iCIMS preferred
Required Skills / Certifications :
Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills
Excellent telephone and oral communication skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
