This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base. The Role Responsibilities Technology Performance Management Drive and manage initiatives to establish and maintain performance metrics such as KRI, KSI and KPI to measure the performance of relevant technology teams.

Drive and manage initiatives to establish dashboard and to facilitate BAU report delivery to track the service performance and to spot improvement opportunities.

Outsourcing, Insourcing & Vendor Management As the local outsourcing owner in the First Line of Defense, engage outsourcing vendors related to the monitoring, assessment and assurance of service quality and mitigation of technology risk.

Set up SLA and performance metrics such as KRI, KPX and KPI for the outsourcing vendors. Conduct periodical service review meeting (SRM) to ensure good quality of the deliverables by outsourcing vendors.

Conduct due-diligence review and onsite visit for outsourcing vendors to ensure compliance with the signed SLA and regulatory requirements such as HKMA SA-2, Local Key Control Standard Assessment (LKCSA) and SCB Group Third Party Risk Management Procedures (TPRM).

Prepare due-diligence review reports, monitor the progress of remediation actions for the findings, and report to various governance forums periodically.

Provide technology support and vendor engagement consultation service to business owners. Drive initiatives to ensure vendors compliance to agreed SLA and to improve vendor service performance.

Drive related teams to establish the Target Operating Model and to implement the related service operation to facilitate insourcing of T&I services from the Banks Business Partners, e.

g. MOX. Regulatory and Independent Assessment Management Facilitate and support the periodical on-site examination and assessment exercise conducted by the regulators and independent assessors.

Demonstrate and articulate strong technology governance and oversight on outsourcing vendors. Maintain HK T&I action tracker to ensure that all identified T&I audit actions are tracked through to closure, risks are being adequately managed and escalating actions that constitute risk.

Continuous Improvement to Strengthen Technology Governance and Operational Efficiency Drive the in-country improvement initiatives to strengthen technology governance, improve operational efficiency, mitigate technology risk and improve service quality.

Agree, verify and track the remediation plans of specific gaps identified by First, Second and Third Line of Defense through the control assessment and sample testing.

Technology Obsolescence Management Keep track of the inventory of IT assets. Monitor and track the technology risk caused by technology obsolescence.

Work with business units, PMO, group technology teams to address technology obsolescence and mitigate the technology risk.

Programme / project manage assigned Technology Obsolescence initiatives for GCNA and HK. Our Ideal Candidate University degree holder, preferably in IT or Computer Science or Project Management major.

Master or other advanced professional degree preferred. Solid experience in banking, financial services, insurance industry and / or management consulting experience.

Strong Knowledge of IT governance industry practices, standards and frameworks. For example, COBIT 5, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

Strong project management skills with demonstrable track record in a dynamic environment. Good experience in technology governance, technology risk assessment, assurance, operations control, vendor onsite due-diligence and audit management.

Capable of engaging key stakeholders and building alliances through active conversations including peer or more senior stakeholders who have no direct reporting relationships.

Ability to work within a multi-function, multi-discipline team environment with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills Flexible, innovative and self-motivated with continuous drive for quality.
