A Q2 SMTS QA will work with an Engineering team to maintain a high level of quality in the product across releases. SMTS QA engineers have a wealth of experience and knowledge that comes with working on the most algorithmic complex products in the financial world.
They have a deep understanding of end to end lending and / or leasing operations including origination, underwriting, servicing and collections.
Professional Experience / Background to be successful in this role :
Developing test plans / test cases
Responsible for executing manual / automated tests and reporting defects.
Able to program in programming and scripting languages
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other QA team members in ensuring high quality products.
Understand and contribute in product requirements, architecture and design
Actively participate in the QA process enhancements
Constantly updating knowledge of Salesforce and related technologies
Salesforce certifications preferred, ideally Dev 401, 501, SFDC Advanced Dev., SFDC Service Cloud or related
Required Skills / Expertise
4-8 years of experience in SaaS industry
Quick learner, driven, determined, self-motivated, great analytical skills, interpersonal skills and project a confident and professional demeanor
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Java, APEX
Excellent coding, scripting, troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills
Experienced with QA tools for planning,
Experience with consumer and / or commercial lending / leasing a plus
