Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Strategy and Development :
Develop and design reports, financial schedules, and dashboards using a variety of data-mining and presentation tools
Expected to develop new models that underpin sound business decisions
General and Task Management :
Providing financial insights that help the decision-making process, and align capital and resource allocation within the business budget.
To make suggestions and recommendations based on the analysis, as to what would be the best investment option that would yield more profit margins for the organization
To develop and implement plans of action and to forecast the future economic trends that may arise by closely monitoring the developments in the economic field
Researching, reviewing and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and developing strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Monitor and keep abreast with industry trends and competitors to identify and respond to new opportunities based on market research, trends and market demand
Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
Set departmental objectives / KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
Education and Work Experience Requirements :
A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
Should be proficient working with all types of operating systems such as Android, Microsoft, Linux, Unix, DOS, etc.
Proficient working with the office applications, ERP software, communications systems, etc.
