Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Strategy and Development :

  • Develop and design reports, financial schedules, and dashboards using a variety of data-mining and presentation tools
  • Expected to develop new models that underpin sound business decisions
  • General and Task Management :

  • Providing financial insights that help the decision-making process, and align capital and resource allocation within the business budget.
  • To make suggestions and recommendations based on the analysis, as to what would be the best investment option that would yield more profit margins for the organization
  • To develop and implement plans of action and to forecast the future economic trends that may arise by closely monitoring the developments in the economic field
  • Researching, reviewing and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and developing strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Monitor and keep abreast with industry trends and competitors to identify and respond to new opportunities based on market research, trends and market demand
  • People Management

  • Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
  • Set departmental objectives / KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
  • Education and Work Experience Requirements :

  • A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
  • Should be proficient working with all types of operating systems such as Android, Microsoft, Linux, Unix, DOS, etc.
  • Proficient working with the office applications, ERP software, communications systems, etc.
  • Personality Trait and Skill Requirements :

  • Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proven analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Outstanding commercial and financial acumen with a full understanding of the impact of failure in terms of business cost, production schedules and customer order fulfillment
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
