Description and Requirements

1. Expereience in creating action oriented dashboards within Tableau / QlikSense / PowerBI

2. Understanding of Digital Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.,

3. Basic understanding of database such as SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.,

4. Work on Customer VOCs analysis and manage survey (Create, edit, manage) - Prior experience will add more weightage

5. Support various teams such has business, development, UX, Operations, Business & product teams on analytics needs

6. Should be able to convert business requirements to analytics requirements

7. Work on customer journey analysis deep-dives and should be in story-telling
