5 yrs to 20 yrs ) PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION - PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (Must for IR Profile) Competencies / Skill Set desired :

For IR Position :

WELL CONVERSANT IN HANDLING THE FOLLOWING INDUSTRIAL RELATED FUNCTIONS

  • Familiar with Factories Act, Contract Labour & Regulation Act, Industrial Dispute Act & Case Laws etc.
  • Maintain good relations & Liaisoning with all local Governmental organizations including Inspector of factories, Pollution control board, Labour office Conciliation and enforcement, PF & ESI, Director of Industries Ground water authority, Employment exchange, Sub-
  • registrar office, Local Police, Advocates etc.,

  • Statutory submission of documents related to Inspector of factories, Pollution control board, Labour office conciliation and enforcement,
  • Director of Industries Ground water authority, Employment exchange.
  • Filing returns register and records of all records on time.
  • ESI, PF remittances on time, PF & ESI related end to end activities such as update of workmen complete details in PF and ESI websites.
  • Handling Labour related cases, appeal ,coordination with Advocates Responsibilities : For Accounts-Candidate should be conversant in handling, project accounts functions like-
  • cash flows, Working Capital management, BRS, Tax related issues and other statutory requirements. Hands on experience in ERP.

    For Stores- Candidate should be conversant in handling, project Stores functions like- Purchase Orders, Material receipts, Material Issues, Material Storage handling for Multiple stores.

    Experience in Power projects is an added advantage.

    For IR & Admin -Candidate should be conversant with labor Laws applicable to Construction Project Like, Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Act, EPF, ESIC, BOCW, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Payment of Bonus, Workmen Compensation and related statutory compliances as per Acts.

    Employee welfare / Site administration.

    Experience in Transmission Lines / Sub Stations projects is an added advantage.
