Key Responsibilities :

Product Manager is responsible for both product planning andproduct marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the productlifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements,defining the product vision, and working closely with various departments i.

e. Sales,Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance and Health Care Compliance to ensurerevenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Handles overall promotional and marketing strategy and supportssales and marketing team in terms of

Market Mapping, Product Positioning, Competitors landscaping,

Developing Communication plank, Designing Marketing Mix andActivity Planner, Own brand budget

Enable Sales with appropriate scientific Marketing inputs; trainSales force at Sales meetings

Develop and engage key opinion leaders

In addition to above marketing responsibilities, this role wouldalso entail working on special projects in franchise including but not limitedto 1.

Support Health Economics and Outcome Research related projects 2).Support a cross functional team in shaping the environment for JanssenPortfolio in overall mental health space.

Education :

  • B Pharm / Life Science / MBBS Graduate
  • MBA in Marketing or Healthcare / Hospital Management
  • Total experience of 2 -4 years in marketing or market research orHealthcare / Life Sciences consulting / project management

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Ability to handle first of its kind projects / initiatives fromconcept to implementation would be preferred

    Attitude : Curious, self-directed, detail oriented. Comfortablewith ambiguous situations. Self-motivated.
