In this role, your responsibilities include

Lead and execute the high-impact MDM consulting projects or solutions

Identify future trends in MDM and actively contribute in refining current strategy

Partner with sales and consulting teams across verticals to identify new opportunities, expand client base and support growth

Build, mentor and provide guidance to the team

Identify and lead building of new products and solutions

Develop point of views, thought leadership content to establish Genpact as a leader in MDM and Analytics

Responsible for understanding industry processes and incorporating them in the solution

Collaborate with broader teams such as analytics, service lines, digital to create industry leading MDM solution and proposition for our clients

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor s degree required / Master s or MBA preferred

12+ years of relevant experience in MDM consulting, advisory and operations

Past experience of having independently lead and executed large scale , high-impact MDM and Analytics consulting projects or solutions

Have delivered complex MDM strategy assessments and created implementation roadmaps

Experience in designing operating model

Cross industry experience CPG, Retail, Life Sciences and Manufacturing. CPG Preferred

Knowledge across multiple data domains such as Material / Finish Products, Vendor, Customer, Finance etc.

Ability to interact with CXO level members in client organizations, must have client facing experience

Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment very collaboratively

Experience in MDM process improvements, digital solutions and technology implementations such as SAP MDG, Informatica etc.

Ability to link master data issues / challenges to business processes and analytics

Strategic thinking skills, Influencing skills, Creative thinking / innovative mind-set

Commercially Savvy

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Must be willing to travel as needed,
