JOB ROLE : Pre-Sales Associate

Presales refers to activities carried out before a customer is acquired. Presales Consultants work closely with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that address customer needs.

What you will do

You have to manage long-term client relationships and client satisfaction, and you’ll partner with client service teams and conditions.

Drive seamless implementations in complex client environments.

Leveraging your consultative and relationship-building skills, you have to ensure clients are engaged with and see the value of the solution being provided and add value to their current system and experience.

You have to identify follow-up opportunities.

By proactively problem-solving, escalating issues where appropriate, and acting as a client advocate, you have to resolve relationship issues as they arise and manage other client engagement tasks such as regular touch-points to review program performance, user analytics, SLA, etc.

You have to provide effective thought leadership by proactively understanding client needs and maintaining knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.

In addition, you will actively contribute ideas for new product development, marketing and communication initiatives, and operational improvements.

Requirements

Interest in and understanding of the industry often a technology-related one

The ability to research and keep on top of industry developments, influencing and negotiation skills

Aptitude for time management and organization problem-solving ability

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders

Having a bachelors degree

Promoter Profile

Mudit Jain is the CEO and Founder at Synoriq. He is an IIT Bombay Alumni with experience of 9 years of working with various banks, HFCs and NFCs.

He served as the Country Head for Finmechanics at the very young age. He has also worked with PwC and Diamond Consulting after graduating from IIT Bombay.

Before starting Synoriq, he was the co-founder of Qriyo - India’s first managed home tuition app.
