What you need to know about this position :
The Data Architect drives the discovery, design and execution of pipelines and outcomes for all data. This role will also be responsible for establishing the data architecture frameworks, standards and policies, and developing and delivery of solutions to meet the needs in AI / ML, advanced analytics, open source, enterprise collaboration, microservices, server less, etc.
This role will provide leadership, strategic decision-making, and guidance within technical disciplines, responding to disruptive analytic technologies and solving unique and complex problems

Education / Certifications :
Google and / or Microsoft Certified Professional Cloud Architect
Hands-on experience with GCP and / or Azure services

Experience in Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager
Experience in Kubernetes and Microservices on GCP and / or Azure
Experience in Collibra and Talend
Experience with private and public cloud architectures
Experience in and understanding of data and information management, especially in Big Data trends
Know your way around Hadoop, Spark, Hive, SparkSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, HDI
Technical / Team Leadership Experience
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems
Job specific requirements :
Understand the strategic direction as it relates to overall enterprise data and analytics strategy.
Lead data solution and design sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with the business to evaluate business goals, identify business problems, and propose data solutions
Provide leadership and guidance with enterprise data strategies to publish and revise data dictionary definitions, governance practices, and standards;
and partnering with security architects to ensure compliance with data security and privacy mandates.
Develop and maintain relationships with other data and technology groups across the Enterprise.
Lead the discussions and early analysis of the cloud concepts as it relates to MondelēzCloud methodology so that clear use cases are developed and prioritized as well as transitioning these concepts from ideas to proof-of-concepts with the full support of the appropriate teams
Utilize market research in the formulation of new data services and solutions
Connects business teams with implementation teams to ensure that business vision is understood and traceable into data designs
Conduct full data discovery, identifying pain points, business and solution requirements, as is and to be scenarios
Compare solution alternatives across both technical and business parameters which support the define cost and service requirements.
Create & evolve data roadmaps to align with continuously evolving business needs including overall architecture, capabilities, platforms, tools & governing processes
Create, maintain & communicate positioning / go-forward strategies for data capabilities and solutions
Share governance responsibility to ensure alignment to enterprise guidelines for security, auditability, data governance, metadata mgmt,.
Additional responsibilities include end-to end data lifecycle management activities, evaluating and recommending new and emerging data management and standards, and ensuring consistency between data management, enterprise storage and all other technical system components.
This role encompasses all aspects of data management, conceptual, logical, and physical.
Training, mentoring, and managing technical resources
Help define / improve best practices, guidelines & integration with other enterprise solutions
Stay educated on emerging technology trends, lead education & training for analytics community
