The opportunity
We are looking for Senior with expertise in providing production management support to customers and engagement teams ( data ingestion, single sign-on, etc.) to join the WFA team.

Your key responsibilities
Provide technical support across project teams to assist with the successful implementation and support of proprietary EY technology
Provide technology support to our external customers and EY engagement teams
Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution - including troubleshooting, external and internal communication and providing meaningful feedback to the customer on a regular basis
Support the overall ETL architecture including key designs on integration standards such as loading, real time / batch, CDC, data validation, parallelization etc.
Participate as a senior Data Analyst in gathering and analysis of source systems, processing logic, content and operational system usage
Assist product development teams and customers to troubleshoot and support their integrations
Participate in the solution design, development, technical tasks oversight, release management and implementation of products and features
Provide feature explanation and coding best practices
Create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency

To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
3 plus years of experience in a direct role as a Developer / Designer / Architect for ETL, Reporting and / or EDW systems.
SSIS, Talend, Alteryx, Informatica, Azure Data Factory)
2 plus years of Java experience
Hands on experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools along with broad exposure in :
Data architecture across web applications hosted in a cloud environment
Customer support processes and technologies
Reporting on service level agreements and usage statistics
Knowledge of browser compatibility issues
Strong conceptual and analytical skills in SQL, Problem Solving, Performance tuning and Test case analysis
Strong technical expertise in distributed system architecture, design, and development
Strong communication skills and responsiveness, including email and over the phone, to address client queries, is required.
Strong understanding of Internet technologies : firewalls, web servers, proxy servers, etc
Strong understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL
Strong background and solid understanding of object-oriented concepts and languages
Deep hands-on knowledge of data integration methodologies, API platforms and reporting
Willingness to work in shifts, or extended hours, depending on the geography of the project
Ideally, you’ll also have
More than 2 plus years of experience in building web-based applications with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one programming language, such as Java, .NET, or PHP
More than 2 plus years of experience of writing and debugging SQL
More than 1 plus years of experience in writing and debugging JavaScript
More than 2 plus years of building web-based applications with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one programming language, such as Java, .NET, or PHP
Experience in supporting web applications that use MongoDB, Neo4j and / or NoSQL environments a plus
