HO with Failure analysis data for HO to analyse the problem Assist KCEI ASM - product support department to resolve critical problems on machine Ensure Service Bulletin is cascaded down to all technicians across dealer territory (PM) Decision making on warranty approval Monitor all the customer complaints on daily basis Ensure reworks are performed as per guidelines & are completed on time Parts & service Meet Key customers along with KCEI ASM / Dealer service manager (PM) Visits all dealership branches minimum once in three months Plan & Review Strategy to achieve parts target through dealer & corporate customers directly.
Assist dealership to perform service & Parts promotional activities Parts Ensure dealership achieves all parts targets (monthly & annual) Ensure dealer warehouse is maintained as per KCEI guidelines Ensure dealership stocks parts in their stocks at each branch level Ensure dealership places stock orders as per recommendation Ensure stock order to emergency order ratio is 80 : 20 Reporting Ensure Monthly activity of ASM, Weekly / Daily reporting to KCEIproperly on time Ensure all other reports properly submited by ASM on time Like MIS,Population,Manpower, Sampark & reports as per HO request.
Training Conduct the L0 and L1 training at dealer end Identify & nominatedealer service engineers for training needs &also attend necessary recommended trainings Policy Ensure dealership is not involved in any corruption Ensure dealership is not involved in selling spurious parts Administration Follow all company & Government rules & regulations Ensure all expenses incurred does not exceed budget Submit travel bills & other expense bills as per time lines Market intelligence Inform HO on competitors activities collection of competetion data like faliure, parts pricing and improvement in the machine.
