Aftersales Support to all the customers( personal & fleet) of the Area through Dealers. Escalated Customer Concern Resolution within minimum possible time.

To provide techno-commercial support to all Dealers & discuss about the same with GMs & SMs of respective dealers for GAP Areas and Improvement.

  • M&M Service Process implementation in Dealers and Develop sustainable service system for Electric Vehicles. To conduct monthly self-audit to ensure availability of minimum stock of spare parts in dealerships / fast moving parts &
  • to discuss with dealer SPMs on their Inventory Management. To conduct OJTs regarding field failures & their troubleshooting in all dealerships &
  • to nominate for different trainings held in plant for developing Competencies. To Conduct OJTs to external customer ( fleets ) for EV awareness.

  • Improve the EV Technical Competencies. To organize Free Service Camps in dealerships for free check-up of all existing Customer ( fleet &
  • Personal) in order to educate,interact&build good relationship with the customers,to make our product & its service trustworthy,collecting feedbacks from them for our overall further improvement in Service &
  • Product Quality. Regular co-ordination with CC Technical Support Team and PVT team for giving the updates on new product &
  • field issues( Product Failure Report Sharing) To conduct Audit half-yearly as per company standard format for dealer evaluation on manpower,infrastructure,process,competency,Spare parts etc.

    Meeting & Discussion with DPs & GM Service of respective dealers for getting their support and action for GAP areas.

  • Weekly & Monthly : MOMs , Review and Discussion ) to achive Service KPI / MOPsTargerts To make & update the Daily Visit Report,Daily Concern Report,VOR Report,PDI Report &
  • Recall Report. MIS to made for each activity. Relationship with Fleet & Institutional Customers and working as Key account Manager for their respective area for each customers for end to end solution for Evs.

    Monhtly visits to their Site and Office for understanding GAPs and recommedation on Product and Operational Issue to Fleet.

    Spare Parts Follow and Coordination with MEML and MADPL. And Fund Management for Spare Parts for Dealership.
