To provide techno-commercial support to all Dealers & discuss about the same with GMs & SMs of respective dealers for GAP Areas and Improvement.
to nominate for different trainings held in plant for developing Competencies. To Conduct OJTs to external customer ( fleets ) for EV awareness.
field issues( Product Failure Report Sharing) To conduct Audit half-yearly as per company standard format for dealer evaluation on manpower,infrastructure,process,competency,Spare parts etc.
Meeting & Discussion with DPs & GM Service of respective dealers for getting their support and action for GAP areas.
Recall Report. MIS to made for each activity. Relationship with Fleet & Institutional Customers and working as Key account Manager for their respective area for each customers for end to end solution for Evs.
Monhtly visits to their Site and Office for understanding GAPs and recommedation on Product and Operational Issue to Fleet.
Spare Parts Follow and Coordination with MEML and MADPL. And Fund Management for Spare Parts for Dealership.
