  • Responsible for actioning Customer Orders after doing all cross checks
  • Strictly follow SOP & adhere to frequent changes
  • Ready to take extra initiatives within team
  • Strong hold of minute changes in process
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies
  • Respond to customer query through email, calls
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers
  • Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
  • Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
  • Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings (Including weekend working)
  • Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications

  • Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in Order Entry is preferred
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
  • Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
  • Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
  • Must be able to take split offs
  • Strong attention to minute detail
  • Quick Learner & Ready to adapt quick changes
