Job Description

The company is seeking a Digital & Performancemarketing expert to manage all Marketing Activities. The candidate will beresponsible for managing all marketing activities such as SEO, SEM, Display,Paid Social, App Install, Affiliate, Direct buys which in turn increase trafficand conversions.

The candidate must be highly revenue focused andvery data driven. Must be very proficient in the analytics and managing histeam and budget to maximize revenue and profitability

  • Lead and manage all digital campaigns, fromideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis
  • Drive marketing programs which are highly targetedbasis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts
  • Lead all efforts and goals on organic and digitalpaid media : SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social, App Install, Affiliate, Direct buysetc.
  • Serve as the strategic lead for programmaticdisplay, especially the DoubleClick suite
  • Establish processes for monitoring, measurement andoptimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics thatcorrelate to business impact
  • Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reachthrough continuous communication testing (a / b), innovation using differentplatforms and new products / formats, active co-
  • creation and planning withGoogle / FB / others as partners

    Lead a team of 2-3marketing experts and responsible for their training, growth and development

    THE CANDIDATE :

  • MBA with 10 years of proven experience in digital marketing preferably in the fashion / retail / ecommerce industry.
  • Added experience in managing a profit centre, budget lines or leading a business function would be a plus.
  • Technologically savvy; Up-to-date with the latest trends and the evolution of digital marketing.
  • Google Certified Professional preferred
  • Experience in handling mid / large scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact
  • Thorough understanding and hands on experience of Bid Optimisers, RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, DMPs, Audience targeting / segmentation, Web Analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer etc
  • Deep functional understanding of PPC, SEO, content strategy, social media and influencer marketing, website UX and booking paths.
  • Robust knowledge and experience with Analytics & Insights services (Adobe, Google, Facebook etc.)
  • Strong people and project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, monitor, and respond to changes quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking and CRM understanding.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
