Role and responsibilities
Responsible for designated QC Customers North & West (And other as allocated) - order receiving, scheduling and fulfilment.
Responsible for Order Confirmation to customer schedule / order.
Inward and Out-ward monitoring.
Customer query handling (Coordinating internally for customer queries related to logistics, quality, materials planning, accounting etc.
and taking care of customer urgencies.
Responsible for Inventory control / monitor.
Customer relationship management.
Weekly review of critical parts with EXIM & PPC.
Monitoring regular in warding of materials at customer end.
Coordinating with Business Development / RFQ for purchase orders and price revisions.
Accountable for weekly confirmations on released schedule lines to EXIM.
Booking, controlling and execution of sales booking on monthly basis.
To prepare monthly salary vouchers for outstation contract executives.
To circulate weekly inventory report.
Getting trained on various customer SRM portals and ensure dispatches with ASN.MIS
Initiate self-learning and gain knowledge of other skills :
Microsoft Excel & PPT.
SAP Skills.
Inventory Control & Management.
Internal Interfaces : Business Development, Planning, Exim, Warehouse, Quality.
External Interfaces : Customer (OEM, Tier 1 & Tier 2)
Education and experience
Work experience require 3-5 Years
Knowledge in SAP SD Module, Exposure to Automotive Sector
Education : Bachelor of Commerce, BSC, BBA.
Customer Relationship Management, Negotiation Skills, Knowledge of SAP, Communication Skills, Customer Service Orientation.
