The Program Coordinator is a member of the Licensure Operations Team. The Program Coordinator will support the operations of a variety of business lines at Kaplan including Nursing, Med and Bar, International and Contact Center Operations.
S / he will work in partnership with cross-functional Kaplan team members (educational consultants, sales, logistical support, accounts receivable, etc) to maintain an industry-
leading level of support and to provide detailed and timely execution of key operational activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Update and maintain data of varied business lines using both proprietary business systems, and Third Party business systems / CRMs such as SalesForce, etc.
Conduct operational tasks such as : data entry, data reconciliation, processing student record updates, enrollment processing, book orders, test scheduling, student roster management, billing updates, facilitating student resource access, course scheduling, etc.
Provide direct support to the Director of Operations
Respond in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner to all e-mails and phone calls
Experience and Credentials
Bachelor’s Degree required
3-5 years of experience as a coordinator in either program management, sales, customer service etc. Experience in internal and external customer service is preferred.
Successful candidates will be solutions oriented, highly organized, and demonstrate the ability to handle numerous details.
Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work independently and / or in a team environment with little supervision; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
