Primary Responsibilities : Drive revenue through sales team by extending the required support. Equip Sales team with the necessary tools and training in order to effectively convey to target customers the advantages of our products, services and organization provide.
To Pre-empt upcoming market needs and plan for new product development in coordination with Global Product Team. Funnel management & review with diff teams Team coaching & Enhance competency Technical evaluation of project.
Participate in techno-commercial discussions with Customer along with sales team Proactive monitoring of visual tools to spot trends and increase visibility of gaps by data analysis.
Market Mapping- Deep understanding of customers, technology and competition, to offer right product at right place.Key Competencies Analytical Skill and negotiation skills the ability to understand customer needs, and analyze competition-
For strategic win over competition and gain market share Organization Development the ability to organize work with clear accountabilities and operational efficiency.

Ability to understand & propose simple concepts of Automation for parts marking Basic idea of simple Mechanical design & electrical concepts.
Have exposure of Automotive, Electrical & Electronics of Industry, having exposure to Consumer Packed Goods & Beverage Industry will be an added advantage.
Key RelationshipsWhat jobs does the position interact with on a regular basis (internal and external)? Customer interaction (understanding VOC of customer, making right bundled VJ solutions for customer).
Approx. 50 60% time is customer facing Interacts with Finance team for DSO reports Interacts with Logistics, Marketing, HR and Customer care to ensure smooth functioning of all processes and problem-
solving. Interact with core sales team members for funnel reviews, participate in monthly, quarterly, annual meetings.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Education Education Bachelor degree in Engineering.MBA with Marketing as specialization preferableWork Experience -
Work experience - Minimum of eight years of experience in an Indian or a multi-national company selling Industrial products / capital goods.
