Global Securities Operations
One of the three international operations centres, BNP Paribas Global Securities Operations (GSO) provides services to global clients in the Asian region and some follow-
the-sun activities for European clients. Wholly owned by BNP Paribas Securities Services, the GSO centre offers a wide range of services which include custody operations, fund accounting, middle-
office operations, static data management, clearing and settlement operations and other transversal services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform the daily Referential's Teams operations acitivties.
To respond to all queries by other teams or clients as per SLA
Processing of transitions accurately and on time as required
Ensures client satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication
Ensure that all e-mails assigned to self is responded adhering to the Timeframe agreed.
Ensure all the transactions are completed and approved in the system within the TAT.
Eye for detail and errors / mistakes.
Prioritize the work and conduct investigation with due diligence on all the discrepancies.
Ensure that the SLA and SOP is followed strictly and any exception, to be highlighted to supervisor.
Update the status in the tracker on a regular basis
Delivering the correct information & coordination with concerned departments
Understanding of Internal Process Procedures and guidelines
Maintain Communication Channels with internal peer groups.
Participate in Brain Storming Sessions and share the best practices and ideas with the peer groups and team members.
Be pro-active and Strive continually for customer satisfaction and focus on Client Delight.
Commit / Promise only what can be delivered by keeping Bank’s interest in mind.
Basic understanding of all Capital market, Financial Instruments, Investment baking processes and above average accounting skills
Good verbal and written communication.
Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks and meets strict deadlines

To be based in Chennai and prepared to travel as per business requirement
Educational qualification : Graduation / Post Graduation with specialization in Commerce or Finance.
Total years of experience : 0-3 years
Candidates should be willing and flexible to work in any shifts
