  • Managing calender’s
  • Answering phone calls
  • Organising travel and itineraries
  • Organising and planning meetings
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
  • Various ad hoc requests.
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Managing databases and filing systems The candidate should have good command in English, Must have prior experience working as an Executive Assistant to VP’s / MD’s.
  • Should have sound experience working with PPT, Word, Excel and Calendar.
