Assistant Manager, Project Management

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to be responsible for managing RAGE / CORA & AI projects from POCs and Pilots to large-scale implementations for various clients.

Responsibilities

  • They are responsible for contributing to the development of detailed project plans; identifying resource needs to support delivery efforts and coordinating the daily activities of the development teams in alignment with project plans.
  • Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone reviews and decision gates to complete the program and project life cycle.
  • Ensures all the required products are produced and reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution

  • Communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks, impediments, provide continuing direction to the delivery teams on action items and communicate project status regularly.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
  • Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation, communication plans, process training, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; developers, product owners, and subject matter experts
  • Manages and tracks team velocity, and other KPIs in relation to the plan and published progress reports
  • Requirements

  • Should have experience in working in agile methodology and using Scrum framework.
  • Must have good understanding of project management knowledge areas.
  • Must have team management experience
  • Should have experience in stakeholder management
  • Experience in any technologies is preferred, such as Java / J2EE, web services and SQL or Oracle database
  • Co-ordinate & communicate with business, operations and Support teams.
  • Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required for success.
  • Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.
  • Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
