4. Team Management Job Description The incumbent will be responsible for Retail Sales- 1. Achieving business targets - Topline, Product realization, Working capital (Stocks and Outstanding) and Regional ROCE (Return on Capital Employed) 2.
Achieving Reach objectives - Appointment and Development of Distribution network (distributors, dealers and retailers). Working on New Channel initiatives - Establishing and managing presence in Furniture counter, Appliances and Hardware, Local Chains.
Maintaining display hygiene, working with Trade marketing manager for Local activations and driving sales through it. Developing Club counters (Titanium, Platinum, Gold and Silver) in market.
Managing Distributors sales representatives effectively to achieve regular secondary and tertiary sales, appoint new counters and maintain display hygiene.
3. Achieving and maintaining Market share and Good will in the market, Sharing of market information with Head Office marketing.
4. Forecasting business plan (top line and channel reach) market wise 5. Working capital management - Liquidity of ageing inventory, Control and manage Damage stock - 6.
Defend brand identity - Maintain commercial discipline in sales and service.
